Job Title:  Service Coordinator - Canton Location

Job Summary

This position is the face of the company with walk-in and call-in clients. It is essential that this person is success driven and professional. The Service Coordinator takes the store under their wing and work with management on ways to improve operations and offerings to maintain business growth. If you are determined, make ethical decisions, and love to make people smile read on!
The main purpose of the Service Coordinator is to coordinate the service workload to ensure that we meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and service level agreements. By coordinating all service and project tickets the Service Coordinator will effectively schedule all technical staff employees. 
Primarily the Service Coordinator is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and handles walk-in customers. Service Coordinator is involved with a heavy amount of communication with the technicians and customers. Therefore it is essential that the person communicates effectively, consistent, and in a professional manner.
Inside sales of new computers and accessories are handled by the Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator offers and recommends equipment upgrades to our clients. There is no sales quota but a commission is paid.
This is a full time hourly plus commission and bonuses position with eligibility for benefits.   
 Essential job functions
·    Provide professional and courteous customer service
·         Work to ensure the highest possible utilization percentage of billable technical staff
·         Inform management of customer praises and relationship concerns
·         Effectively communicate between staff members and customers at appropriate times and levels
·         Educate customers on the products and services that we offer
·         Handle multiple tasks from multiple people in a fast paced environment
·         Answer incoming phone calls and either handled them directly or route them to the proper individuals
·         Document, schedule, communicate and prioritize all service appointments and projects, prioritizing the balance of customer satisfaction and employee time.
·         Perform daily store opening and closing duties
·         Maintain store front appearance and product placement
·         Perform other duties requested by management
 
Minimum Requirements
      Demonstrate intermediate skills using Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) in a business setting
      Demonstrate leadership skills and bring good moral to the organization
      Able to maintain motivation during down time and when working alone or unsupervised
      Associate Degree or equivalent of 2+ years in customer service or office administration industry
 
Abilities required
   Position requires the following physical activity: Sitting, standing, walking, typing, lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs, crouching, bending, kneeling, stretching.
